The Supply Chain Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Supply Chain & Operations functions by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on key data and processes. This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing trends, and reporting performance for various activities in the SCM department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Support launches and balance outs to ensure processes, systems, and planning deliver targeted results.
  • Risk Management: Maintain launch and balance out tracker, identifying and resolving potential risks that impact plant success. Assist manufacturing plants with preparation for launch readiness reviews.
  • Program Management: Lead monthly program balance out meetings.
  • Inventory Management: Responsible for reviewing no demand inventory and working with plants to mitigate risk.
  • Material Launch Planning: Perform monthly material launch glidepath analysis to assure process adherence and timely updates.
  • Supplier Management: Assist supply chain management with suppliers experiencing delivery issues.
  • Training and Development: Support new employee master scheduler training.
  • Quality and Compliance: Understand, apply, and meet all function-related Quality, EHS, Product Safety, Compliance, and Information Security requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Level Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within the field and 1 year within the automotive industry.
