Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs on logistics readiness reporting, maintenance management practices, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the G4 COMET Manager to develop a logistics assessment, review, and analysis program.
  • Provide hands-on evaluation for logistics training and develop outcome metrics.
  • Assist in drafting training curricula for G4 approval and coordinate development of TADSS materials.
  • Perform cyclic quality assurance assistance to supported units and provide formal/informal assessments, advice, and assistance.
Requirements:
  • Five years' experience in management of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to communicate directly to, and through correspondence, with senior Army leaders.
  • Experience in analysis of command logistics programs, development of corrective recommendations, and presentation of findings to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Information Systems, including GCSS-ARMY, DST, SASMOD, and TC-AIMS.
  • Knowledge of Army Logistics Publications, Army Award for Maintenance Excellence, and other relevant programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the analysis of command logistics programs to include shortcomings, development of corrective recommendations, and presentation of findings to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Army Logistics Publications, Army Award for Maintenance Excellence, and other relevant programs.
