As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing plans under the guidance of a Project Manager and working closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a positive attitude and demonstrate a strong willingness to continually learn and grow
- Collaborate with the project team to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
- Research and apply city standards, codes, and zoning requirements to sites
- Prepare title sheets, Erosion Control Plan, Survey, Site Improvement Plan, and Fire Master Plan under the direction of a Project Manager
- Communicate effectively with agencies and plan checkers
- Prepare comment response letters
- Adhere to CDR's standard and core values
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in AutoCad
- EIT license preferred
