Job Title: Business Consultant III

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant III to join our team at Inalab Consulting Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Opportunity

The Business Consultant III will provide business leadership support in understanding and tailoring data into decision-level deliverables and visuals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of common acquisition functions for Program Management Offices (PMOs) in the Enterprise Contracts Office (TCC).

Key Responsibilities

Support business leadership for management, organizational, or business improvement projects such as strategic consulting, surveys, business process reengineering activities, change management, training, facilitation, and program management.
Demonstrated experience developing and analyzing user business problems to be solved with automated systems employing proven industry standards.
Analyze business or operating procedures to devise the most efficient method of accomplishing the work with emphasis on experience with analytics processes that provide better insight into ongoing strategic plans including analytic/data visualization activities.
Gather financial information, analyze it, and make recommendations with the ability to summarize cost and schedule data for briefing internal/external leadership or senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize acquisition program strategy improvements and present findings to senior management audiences.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) statistical software or tools for data visualization (i.e., SPSS, SAS, MatLab, Tableau, etc.).
Microsoft SharePoint Site Administration
Advanced Proficiency of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access), including relational data techniques.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint enabling technologies, such as Nintex Forms, HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Robotic Process Automation, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management, or similar.
Related certifications such as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
