You are the essential support that keeps our guests' experiences enchanting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and assisting them with their needs.
  • Adhering to brand standards to uphold the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Removing used linens and towels, replacing them, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Restocking your transport cart with necessary supplies for cleaning assigned rooms.
  • Communicating with the front desk regarding any room concerns or lost items.

Additionally, you will:

  • Inspect room fixtures for functionality and report any maintenance issues.
  • Conduct room and quality inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Skills and Behaviors:
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Motivations:
Commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Education and Experience:
Relevant experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
