Position Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Trainer
Reporting To: Director of Clinical Services
Position Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Trainer at Ally Behavior Centers plays a pivotal role in guiding initiatives related to client programming, behavioral strategies, staff training, classroom oversight, and parental education. This position encompasses the responsibility of training new BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with Ally's established protocols and standards. The role necessitates fulfilling billable hour expectations and collaborating with diverse team members to ensure the successful execution of treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to billable hour expectations
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members
- Convey Ally's policies and procedures to staff
- Oversee behavior technicians
- Provide individualized services to clients as needed
- Facilitate training sessions for new employees
Qualifications
- BCBA certification and relevant state licensure
