Job Summary

VTG Defense is seeking a highly skilled Readiness Data Analyst to provide product support and in-service logistics support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 Joint Program Office.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and be able to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform decision making.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing sustainment data analytics support to the V-22 Osprey Sustainment Readiness Lead at PMA-275 Program Office, Patuxent River, MD.
  • Developing and maintaining data driven products, including analysis, forecasts, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address readiness issues.
  • Preparing and delivering oral and written presentations to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • BS or BA degree in a relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience in operational logistics support or in-service sustainment of weapon system platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Desirable skills include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and software, including Tableau.
  • Experience with Navy and Marine Corps command mission requirements.
