Join us to bring the gift of health to life.The Senior Workday Analyst role will be instrumental in the continued expansion and deployment of Workday functionality which includes Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Management. This role partners with key stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.) to implement streamlined HR system processes. Supports and optimizes Workday in addition to other systems used within Human Resources. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR functional areas and is responsible for overall technical support that includes configuration, application security, integration, and analytics.Key Responsibilities Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Configure and support Workday modules: Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, and Talent Managemen tDeploy configurations through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teamsPartners at the global HRIS team level to ensure enhancements and systems configurations are in compliance with Global Governance processesPartners with AMS te am to ensure both support and project requests remain on-trackCreating and designing sophisticated reports and dashboardsSupport of Workday Integrations, EIB, and Web Services (API), business processes, and data mappingPerforms ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data and process integrityAssist in identifying , designing, and creating strategies for all HR technologies needed to support the businessEngage with Workday Community, and user groups to ensure the most out of current and future Workday capabilitiesDrive adoption, optimization, and transformation. Ensure full maximization of Workday to meet strategic business needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experiencePartner and collaborate with business teams. Understand their needs and requirements, make recommendations for solutions, support the HRIS roadmap and prioritize implementation to support strategic objectivesConduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required by HR leadership and business stakeholdersSupport planning and release strategies for Workday releases as well as new features, enhancements, and bug fixesProvide technical support for other HR systems such as HR Acuity, JIRA ticketing management system, etc.The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is recognized as technical Workday expert who is known for delivering exceptional stakeholder partnership and customer service. They possess a blend of technical expertise , analytical skills, and a solid understanding of human resources processes.
Capabilities & Skills Required In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , Human Resources, or Business Administration with 4 + years of related experienceExperience in Workday design, c onfiguration , testing and s upportAdvanced Workday training or certifications (i.e., Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting , etc.) are preferredProficiency in Workday Report Writer, calculated fields, and Workday StudioExperience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and Cloud ConnectComfortable acting as an internal consultant to the HR team to develop lasting solutions that solve complex business challengesStrong understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility and decision-making abilitiesStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reportingAble to take ownership of issues & projects; able to apply Project Management practices and use supporting tools.High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee informationProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentOUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to. Various elements are used to determine a candidate's starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
