We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at Soliant. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and emotional well-being of students in our district.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive abilities, academic skills, and social-emotional functioning.
  • Develop and implement effective interventions and behavior management strategies in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals.
  • Provide counseling and support services to students individually or in group settings, addressing a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Consult with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders to foster effective partnerships and support students' overall well-being and academic success.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including 504 meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, and contribute expertise in addressing students' needs and goal-setting.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
  • Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting assessment results.
  • Sound knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of various behavioral intervention strategies and positive behavior support systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines.
