White Birch Educational Services is a clinician-owned small business in New Hampshire, providing school psychologists, social workers, BCBA's, mental health counselors, and other related service providers to schools throughout the state.

We are seeking a full-time Elementary and High School Special Education Case Manager/Teacher to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work with students, their families, and faculty members to provide comprehensive support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management and provision of services to students
  • Working with students who have learning, mental, emotional, or physical disabilities
  • Preparing student education plans in collaboration with families and faculty as part of an IEP team
  • Leading the implementation of individual education plans across all school settings
  • Monitoring plans to ensure compliance and student benefit
  • Providing research-based individual and group instruction that supports the curriculum and IEP goals and objectives
  • Conducting special education evaluations and reevaluations
  • Providing direction, supervision, and evaluation of paraprofessionals as directed
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and caregivers on student issues
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by the school district

Requirements:

  • Valid NH licenses and certifications required
  • Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, being part of an IEP team, and strong collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Compassionate and committed to student well-being
