Job SummaryAFC Urgent Care is seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality medical care to all our patients, assist in directing staff in the support of patient care, and maintain a positive patient relations environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Manage all patient care while on shift, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.
- Supervise all clinical staff while on shift, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure all charts are filled out and medical records are completed in a timely fashion, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Process biological specimens when needed, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in primary care or urgent care.
- Mass NP or PA License, with active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, and family members.
- Professional appearance and attitude, with a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
