Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.
- Manage patient care during shifts, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Supervise clinical staff during shifts, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and medical records.
- Process biological specimens as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Mass NP or PA License.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, and families.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
