Job SummaryAFC Urgent Care is a dynamic medical facility operating in a retail environment. We prioritize teamwork and mutual support to ensure the highest quality care for our patients. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch medical care, directing staff in patient care, and fostering positive patient relationships in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.
- Manage patient care during shifts, overseeing the smooth operation of our outpatient clinic.
- Supervise clinical staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and medical records.
- Process biological specimens as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience in a medical setting.
- Mass NP or PA License.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Active and current medical licensure in the state of practice.
- Active and current DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate, as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The pay range for this role is: USD per hour (Chelmsford)
