About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Coach Specialist to join our team at Onelife Fitness. As a key member of our fitness department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personal training experiences to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create personalized fitness programs tailored to meet individual member goals and needs
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through excellent communication and service skills
- Collaborate with the fitness director to achieve sales targets and promote membership growth
- Conduct new member orientations and assess pre-exercise biometrics and goals
- Maintain accurate records of program progress and schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Nationally recognized personal training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider
- CPR/AED certification
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and nurture others
- Demonstrated selling skills
