Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Build rapport with clients and their families, promoting positive relationships and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Benefits
- $19-$28 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.

Working Conditions
Positions require working with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments. Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining varied postures for extended periods.
Hiring Process
A video interview will be conducted to discuss qualifications and fitness for the role. Successful candidates will then complete the pre-hiring process with our HR team before beginning the 40-hour RBT training course.
