About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Trumpet Behavioral Health. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized behavior plans to promote positive outcomes and improve quality of life for our clients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of autism and ABA.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a BCBA.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a BCBA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
