Position Summary
We are looking for recent graduates in construction management for this entry-level salaried role, which serves as a stepping stone to becoming a Project Manager. This position typically lasts between 1 to 3 years, during which you will receive comprehensive training. Your promotion will be based on your dedication, ambition, knowledge, and attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to and comprehend safety regulations
- Organize, distribute, and manage contract documents according to company standards
- Assist in planning and scheduling using company tools
- Coordinate submittals to ensure quality control

- Familiarize yourself with company estimating standards and collaborate with estimators and project managers
