We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Diverse Lynx in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to patients in the NICU, ensuring holistic and individualized care.
- Develop and implement plans of care that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Current CA RN licensure
- BLS (AHA) certification
- NRP certification
- 2 years of level III or level IV experience as an RN; charge and delivery experience strongly preferred
5 x 8 days start times; every other weekend required - voluntary call
