Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecommunications Construction Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and correcting as-built designs of complex outside plant fiber networking for Multi-Dwelling Unit construction. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and correct as-built designs of complex outside plant fiber networking for Multi-Dwelling Unit construction
  • Identify and resolve issues with job documentation and provide work assignments to junior technicians
  • Prepare a Method of Procedure (MOP) and conduct final quality inspections
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications construction or a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of outside plant fiber networking
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in telecommunications or a related field preferred
