SRI Telecom is seeking a skilled Plant and Fiber Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outside plant construction team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optic cables and power distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain fiber optic cables and power distribution systems
  • Perform site surveys and assessments to determine the best course of action for installation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement methods of procedure (MOPs) to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure installation and maintenance
