Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in underground and water infrastructure construction.
- Experience in operations related to earthwork and underground utilities.
- Must be highly organized, self-driven, detail-oriented, and numerically precise.
- Some regional travel may be necessary.
- Proficiency in bid software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, InEight, or Bid2Win is required.
