Overview:
Dansources Technical Services is in search of a skilled MuleSoft Developer who is passionate about enhancing and directing the execution of IT initiatives. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in diverse environments and are eager to contribute to significant information technology projects for a leading electric utility company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and support APIs and integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
- Ensure compliance of APIs and integrations with established client standards.
- Analyze user stories and requirements to design and implement integration solutions that fulfill business and user needs.
- Deliver high-quality APIs and integrations that meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct code reviews and manage assets in the repository, adhering to the appropriate branching strategy.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to APIs, identifying root causes and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert on the MuleSoft platform.
- Continuously assess and innovate to enhance the quality and success of the platform.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4+ years of experience as a developer focusing on enterprise integration platforms.
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions using the MuleSoft platform.
- Expertise in MuleSoft platform capabilities, including server administration and deployment across various environments.
- Extensive experience in the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience implementing integration solutions with APIs and web services technologies.
- Proven experience mentoring junior resources and leading internal initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possession of two MuleSoft technical certifications is desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP XI/PI is highly advantageous.
Work Environment: This position requires on-site presence, adhering to a standard work schedule.
