Job Title: Event RN Miami CrowdRx

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and employee medical services at events in the Miami area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care.
  • Maintain thorough patient care documentation.
  • Assist with coverage of open shifts as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences.
  • Maintain documentation of required licensure, certifications, and continuing education.
  • Knowledgeable in the use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues and the public sector.
  • Responsible for filling open or vacant shifts within assigned area.
  • Participate in departmental activities, projects, and EMS committees.
  • Attend and participate in meetings according to established guidelines.
  • Undertake and maintain projects as assigned.
  • Act as a mentor and/or participate in the orientation of new employees.
  • Participate in continuing education programs.
  • Instruct classes as directed by the CES Manager.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • EMT Certification in state(s) where required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required.
  • Advanced Certification (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret health and flight-related journals, hospital reports, and job-specific legal documentation.
  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to patient care.
