Radiological Specialist Technician

South Central Health System is seeking a skilled Radiological Specialist Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality radiology exams, maintaining a high standard of patient care and confidentiality.
- Complete necessary paperwork and/or computer functions (PACS) for exam completion.
- Evaluate images for technical quality, correct orientation, and patient identification.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist cardiologists in exam performance and adhere to sterile technique.
- Ensure correctness of patient radiology records.
- Quality of Work: 20%
- Quantity of Work: 15%
- Job Knowledge: 30%
- Attendance & Reliability: 20%
- Performance Standards: 15%
Requirements:
- Graduate of School of Radiology Technology
- Current State of Mississippi Licensure
- Current Registry of AART
Skills:
- Observation and verbal feedback from customers, employees, directors, and vendors
- Review of documentation, including time and attendance and other payroll records
