Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Installer to join our team at House Doctors of Little Rock. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for safely and professionally completing tile installations and repairs, as well as completing home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work independently to complete tile installations and repairs, as well as home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
  • Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety
  • Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets
Requirements
  • Expert level knowledge of bath/shower tile installation and repair
  • Good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical
  • Possessing the tools needed to complete bath/shower tile installation and repair
  • Possessing many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance, and installation projects and understanding how to safely/properly utilize them
  • Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills
  • A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant
  • Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders, and handling tools
  • Work in attics and other limited-space areas
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times
  • Pass background screening
