The Position
We are seeking a skilled Valuations Analyst/Associate to join our Credit Funds business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the fair value determination of private investments within the Credit Funds business.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and review of monthly valuations of the Credit Funds' investments
  • Review internal valuations utilizing various valuation techniques, including discounted cash flow analysis and comparable company analysis
  • Assist in the ongoing analysis of the portfolio by reviewing complex financial models and key valuation assumptions
  • Prepare results of valuations analysis and compile valuations packages for senior management review
  • Liaise with auditors and assist with policy and procedure reviews across Credit regarding Valuation
  • Develop strong relationships and effective lines of communication with colleagues and third parties

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with private valuations (debt and/or equity valuations)
  • Bright, quick learner, reliable, self-motivated, self-starter
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Bloomberg and Wall Street Office
  • Alternative asset management experience preferred
