- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Nurse Aide program or relevant experience in the field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Nurse Aide certification
- Previous experience in patient care
- Basic proficiency in computer usage
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current BLS certification is mandatory
- Refresher training for Technical Partner may be required if there has been a gap in working within a healthcare environment
- Compliance with regulatory clearance requirements
Work Environment:
- Shifts may vary based on operational needs
- Possible local travel between healthcare facilities
