  • Support Project Managers and Construction Managers in sourcing materials, issuing purchase orders, and tracking delivery schedules.
  • Verify Bill of Materials and ensure accuracy in supplier identification.
  • Analyze commodity lead times to optimize delivery schedules.
  • Manage order acknowledgments and expediting delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality control issues and manage damage claims.
  • Communicate material schedules to Project Managers and ensure quality control measures are in place.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
  • 5 years of experience in Materials Management positions
  • Technical degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word
  • SAP Super User
  • Experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, and OSG
