Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring they feel at home
- Identifying returning guests, VIPs, and loyalty program members
- Managing the check-in and check-out processes
- Providing comprehensive front desk services
- Assigning accommodations and handling administrative tasks
- Delivering messages and mail to guests
- Processing payments from guests
- Coordinating with bell staff and management
- Offering information to guests regarding transportation and dining options
- Addressing both general and specific guest requests
- Resolving conflicts or tense situations with guests effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Patience and attentive listening skills
