- Schedule and dispatch service calls, optimizing technician utilization and response times.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Implement process improvements, including the use of new technologies to enhance service efficiency.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial HVAC service management.
