At Andersen, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Tax Practice. As a key member of our team, you'll engage in tax planning and consulting for a diverse range of real estate clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review and prepare tax returns
* Collaborate with engagement teams to identify and research complex client issues and recommend solutions
* Draft technical tax memoranda
* Provide regular updates to clients
* Assist in project management of compliance and consulting engagements
* Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns
* Receive formal corporate tax training, on-the-job training, direct feedback from top tax leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
* At least 2+ years of relevant work experience

* Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient use of technology, including MS Excel

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Advanced credential or desire to obtain advanced credential allowing for IRS client representation (i.e., CPA, MAcc, MST, JD)
* GoSystems and ProSystems experience
