Job Overview

Principal Service Solutions is a prominent provider of technical workforce solutions, dedicated to enhancing operational quality for various organizations. We are currently seeking Manufacturing Technicians to contribute to our innovative projects. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training for entry-level candidates.

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time role with a complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18.50 per hour plus a 15% shift premium for night shifts.
  • Overtime is compensated after 10 hours of work each shift.
  • Opportunity for up to 28 hours of overtime monthly.

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts available for both day and night schedules.
  • Compressed workweek options (4, 5, 6, and 7 days).
  • Day and Night shifts alternate weekly, with specific start times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and waste management.
  • Perform data entry and manage documentation for product shipments.
  • Utilize computer systems for automated product processing.
  • Transport materials within the Clean Room environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to Clean Room protocols.
  • Execute routine equipment adjustments and product handling.
  • Conduct basic processing tasks as required by the product.
  • Assist with inspection and quality control processes.
  • Report any equipment failures to certified technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex issues.
  • Capability to distinguish colors and respond to visual and auditory alarms.
  • Basic computer skills for accurate data entry.
  • Proficient in following written instructions and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work performed in a Clean Room setting, requiring appropriate attire.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to navigate stairs and operate production equipment.

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
