About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Development Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

As a Senior Land Development Engineer, you will be responsible for leading land development projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to design and implement efficient land use solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead land development projects, including site analysis, zoning, and permitting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to promote our services
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land development engineering
  • Strong knowledge of land development regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
