Our Mid-Atlantic Survey Team is seeking a dependable and responsible Crew Chief to join our dynamic projects and fulfill client needs. As a key member of our team, you will collect and manage critical data for survey staff and engineers.
We are looking for a Project Manager (Land Survey) in our Richmond, VA office who embodies this purpose.
Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and coordinate operations, including project managers, staff surveyors, technicians, and field operations.
- Manage personnel, generate proposals, and develop business opportunities.
- Oversee master contracts, including fee estimation, project setup, and execution of work.
- Promote accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field required.
- 15+ years of experience required, including 5 years in personnel management and 5 years in business development.
- Professionally licensed in land surveying in the state of Virginia or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead staff, think critically, and provide support to multiple projects simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and regional factors.
