Job Title: Calibration Technician

Overview:

The Calibration Technician is a key role within our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of paint machines in retail environments. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic controls, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and calibrate equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the calibration and maintenance of paint machines in retail stores.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline project workflows.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external partners.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to paint machines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in calibration and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education in business management or project administration preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing field operations for retail services companies.
  • Familiarity with testing and calibration equipment, mechanical and electronic controls, and setup/teardown of paint mixing equipment.
