Project Architect Opportunity

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading high-end Residential and Commercial projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural designs that meet client needs and expectations
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and vendors to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Exceptional architectural design skills and knowledge of building materials, codes, and technologies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, and Excel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
