Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest cleanliness standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, generating work orders, and overseeing daily housekeeping operations. You will ensure that all public areas and guest rooms are impeccably maintained, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to identify any maintenance issues, reporting findings to the engineering team as necessary.
  • Document inspection outcomes and address any deficiencies promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints effectively while upholding accommodation standards.
  • Participate in the training and development of housekeeping staff.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
  • Support housekeeping team members with their tasks as required.
  • Act as the main liaison between housekeeping staff and hotel management.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests in public areas.
  • Ensure proper and safe use of cleaning equipment by housekeeping personnel.
  • Adhere to hotel security protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Six months of supervisory experience.
  • Preferred: Background in hospitality housekeeping.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, though not required.
  • Strong initiative and self-motivation are essential.
  • Must possess organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
