Suite Inspector

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Suite Inspector to join our Housekeeping team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Suite Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guest suites, adhering to company standards and quality assurance guidelines.

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of guest suites to ensure cleanliness and quality meet company standards
• Update property management system with inspection results and report any maintenance deficiencies
• Communicate with Facilities department to address maintenance issues and provide written work orders or input into the system
• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment for team members and guests by inspecting common areas
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns
• Prepare work orders and assignments for special projects related to suites and common areas
• Ensure carts and linen/amenity supply closets are well-maintained, clean, and stocked according to departmental guidelines
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in the Housekeeping field
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Proficient in the English language to communicate verbally and in writing
