Job Description:
As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires excellent critical thinking skills, effective delegation, and seamless collaboration with colleagues to ensure safe and timely care. You will assess patient needs, prioritize care, and develop individualized care plans using the nursing process. This position involves working with patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, and requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
