Independent Veterans Assessment Specialist

At MRG Exams, we strive to provide exceptional medical assessments for our nation's veterans.
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor, specializing in Disability Assessments within the VA's benefits process.
This rewarding role requires reviewing behavioral health records electronically and conducting comprehensive assessments on each veteran in person. You will also complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through our secure Web Portal.
Please note that this position does not involve making disability determinations; rather, you will contribute valuable findings to support the U.S. Veterans Administration's decisions.
The ideal candidate will review and assess approximately 4 veterans per day, working 2-3 days per week. This is an IN-PERSON position, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA-accredited program/school.
- An active and unrestricted Psychology license.
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
