Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team at MRG Exams, specializing in medical assessments for United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to serve the Veteran community, conducting assessments and creating Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) based on Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will review patient files, conduct assessments, and complete DBQs within a computer portal. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical assessments on 3-6 Veterans per day, on average, utilizing Maryland CNC Tests and Puretone Audiometric tests.
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal, providing detailed medical evidence for the VA to decide veterans' benefits.
Requirements
  • Audiology degree from an ASHA Accredited school and current licensure as an Audiologist.
  • Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.

Compensation and Location

This role is based in Jber, AK - 99505 and offers a competitive salary range estimated to be between $60,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
