Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in the financial services industry. Primary responsibilities include maintaining investment offering workflows, processing investor trades, and hosting marketing events promoting new offerings to existing clients. The successful candidate will partner with internal teams, advisors, investment sponsors, and custodians to create and maintain accounts for new and existing clients while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and client privacy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have basic knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Adaptability and ability to learn new concepts quickly are essential, as well as great problem-solving skills and customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also crucial, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas as the position grows. Additionally, Series 7 certification or the ability to obtain it within three months is required.
