We are seeking a highly motivated Transportation Civil Engineer to assume a key role in our growing Charlotte office. The selected candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience working on transportation and other infrastructure projects for NCDOT, the City of Charlotte, and other North Carolina localities. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment and lead the design effort on a project.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (written and oral), technical proficiency with Microstation/OpenRoads, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. The salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
