Role Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our Production team. Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, this role is essential in ensuring the quality decoration of our premium products for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our team during a peak operational period.

Shift Availability:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday - Thursday and 2 pm - 6:00 pm Friday

Key Responsibilities:

A successful Machine Operator will:

  • Efficiently and safely operate various production machinery.
  • Work at a standing workstation equipped with ergonomic floor mats for enhanced safety and comfort.
  • Learn to hoop and prepare textiles for operation on an embroidery machine.
  • Utilize hand-eye coordination to thread machines and replace needles as necessary.
  • Interpret and execute production work orders and instructions accurately.
  • Maintain professional communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Monitor the operational status of assigned embroidery machines.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organized.
  • Assist with additional projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills for reading and printing work orders as needed.
  • Proficiency in the English language to comprehend safety protocols and training requirements.
