We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team at All Flex Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our specialty flex and rigid flex printed circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and follow route sheets to ensure accurate and efficient production
  • Apply adhesives and sealants to parts using appropriate tools
  • Load panels through conveyor machines
  • Review and inspect work according to IPC standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes
  • Cross-train to perform skills outside of initial area
  • Become a certified operator
  • Maintain cleanliness of specific area
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow customer and IPC specifications
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods, perform repetitive movements, and use respirators as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
