Position Overview:

The Golf Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily functions of golf operations, advocating for the sport, organizing tournaments, and supervising club events and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish protocols and timetables for golf operations personnel
  • Oversee inventory in the pro shop with accountability for financial outcomes
  • Facilitate effective communication among staff, members, and upper management
  • Encourage participation in club events, and manage tournaments and special occasions
  • Direct staff in promoting golf initiatives, lessons, and clinics

Required Qualifications:

  • PGA PGM Associate Program Level 3 or Membership status
  • Experience in customer service and comprehensive golf knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with tee time management and inventory control systems
  • Preferred educational background includes a college degree
