Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Imaging Service Librarian to join our team at Stamford Health. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our medical staff, patients, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging Support: Provide technical assistance and support to medical staff, patients, and families in the use of imaging equipment and software.
  • Image Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient images, including retrieval, storage, and retrieval of images.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and medical staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of imaging services.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a medical imaging or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent verbal communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments, and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
