Job SummaryThe HCCC School of Business, Culinary Arts, and Hospitality Management (BCH) is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach lab and lecture classes in hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and industry experience in hospitality management.
Responsibilities- Teach lab and lecture classes in hospitality management
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet industry standards
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, and industry experience in hospitality management. The ability to teach in a variety of modalities, including on-the-ground and hybrid, is required.
