About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Valet Manager to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, safety, and service success at our hotel locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the activities of Assistant Hospitality Managers, Supervisors, Shift Leads, and frontline staff to ensure maximum revenue, controlled expenses, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve safety and service thresholds, and ensure compliance with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Regional Management to achieve financial and operational goals, and provide regular reports on progress.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to drive business growth and retention.
  • Implement and manage safety initiatives, claims processing, and audit compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience in parking, restaurants, hotels, or related fields.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to mitigate challenges, and excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
