Position Overview:

The Voice Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical teams and managing the voice communication systems within the organization, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Direct the management of voice communication systems and fiber optic infrastructure.
  • Design and execute strategies for voice communication systems.
  • Supervise technical personnel and coordinate training initiatives for staff.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to voice systems.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of voice services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Preferred certifications include MS-700 and/or BICSI Technician Certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience.
  • Experience with legacy phone systems (PRI or SIP) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AT&T plexar lines and Avaya CS1000E 7.5 is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Survivable Branch Appliance (SBA) and Analog Telephone Adaptor (ATA) is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train teams effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
